Most prep centres email you a spreadsheet
Announce an inbound and it has an ID before it has a courier. From then on you see what we see: counts at check-in, prep progress, what Amazon has checked in, and every charge as it accrues.
Counts against your announcement. Short delivery or damage is raised the day we find it, with photos.
Shipments tracked into Amazon. Sent versus checked-in per shipment, and the value of anything closed short.
A ledger you can audit. Every line priced off the published rate card, not a month-end lump sum.

The rate improves as you grow. Nothing else changes.
Prep is tiered on the month's volume and applied retroactively - hit a tier and the whole month re-rates at it. Inspection, FNSKU label and Amazon-ready packing are in the per-unit price.
FBA prep, per unit
Oversized units £1.50 each, banded from the product's own dimensions and weight. Storage free for 30 days, then £20 per cubic metre per month. £30 monthly account fee only in months under 100 units - first month free. All prices exclude VAT.

What is an Amazon FBA prep centre?
A prep centre receives stock from your suppliers, inspects it, applies FNSKU labels, plus poly bagging or bundling where you ask for them, then forwards it into Amazon fulfilment centres so it arrives compliant with Amazon's requirements. Using one keeps your stock out of your spare room and your account clear of prep-related suspensions.
Do you have minimum volumes or long contracts?
No. Oakmont is month-to-month with no minimum volume and no setup fee. Send us one carton or one container - pricing tiers simply improve as your volume grows.
How fast is your prep turnaround?
Stock announced through the portal is typically prepped and ready to ship into Amazon within 24 hours of arrival. Complex jobs like large bundle builds can take longer - we tell you before we start.
How do I get stock to you?
Announce the inbound in your client portal (or upload a CSV), then ship to our warehouse by courier, pallet or container. We check quantities against your announcement and flag any discrepancy with photo evidence the same day.
Do you prep for anything other than Amazon FBA?
FBA prep is what we do - we receive, inspect, label and forward stock into Amazon. We don't pick and pack individual customer orders, so if you need a channel fulfilled you'll want a pick-and-pack partner for that leg.
How does billing work?
Every charge accrues to a transparent billing ledger you can see in your portal - prep fees, storage, add-ons, everything. Our full rate card is published, so nothing on your invoice is a surprise.
