The things every seller asks first
What is an Amazon FBA prep centre?
A prep centre receives stock from your suppliers, inspects it, applies FNSKU labels and any required poly bagging or bundling, then forwards it into Amazon fulfilment centres so it arrives compliant with Amazon's requirements. Using one keeps your stock out of your spare room and your account clear of prep-related suspensions.
Do you have minimum volumes or long contracts?
No. Oakmont is month-to-month with no minimum volume and no setup fee. Send us one carton or one container — pricing tiers simply improve as your volume grows.
How fast is your prep turnaround?
Stock announced through the portal is typically prepped and ready to ship within 24 hours of arrival. Same-day dispatch applies to fulfilment orders placed before 2pm.
How do I get stock to you?
Announce the inbound in your client portal (or upload a CSV), then ship to our warehouse by courier, pallet or container. We check quantities against your announcement and flag any discrepancy with photo evidence the same day.
What platforms do you support?
Amazon FBA and FBM, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and wholesale/B2B. If you sell somewhere else, talk to us — fulfilment is fulfilment.
How does billing work?
Every charge accrues to a transparent billing ledger you can see in your portal — prep fees, storage, add-ons, everything. Our full rate card is published, including exception fees, so nothing on your invoice is a surprise.
