Traditional warehousing wants annual commitments and minimum pallet counts. Seasonal sellers end up paying for empty racking. We bill weekly on a rolling month-to-month agreement.
Paying pallet rates for a shoebox of stock
If a SKU fits in a shelf bin, it should be billed as a shelf bin — £0.90 a week, not £3.25. We store each SKU in the format that fits it, and the ledger shows exactly which.
Stock you can't see
A warehouse you have to email for a stock count is a black box. Our portal shows live inventory by SKU and location, with discrepancy alerts and photo evidence when reality and paperwork disagree.

Book the delivery
Announce the inbound in the portal — ASN or CSV upload — and pick a slot. Booked deliveries get unloaded promptly; unbooked ones attract the published £25 fee, so book.

Check in against the ASN
We count what arrives against what you announced. Any shortfall, overage or damage raises a discrepancy alert with photos the same day.

Putaway in the right format
Pallets to racking at £3.25 a week, small SKUs to shelf bins at £0.90, loose cartons at £1.55 per cubic metre. You are billed for the space used, weekly.

How is storage billed?
Weekly, by what you actually occupy: £3.25 per pallet, £0.90 per shelf bin, or £1.55 per cubic metre for loose cartons. Every charge appears as its own line in the portal's billing ledger, so you can see per SKU what your storage genuinely costs — useful when deciding what to reorder.
Is there a minimum term or minimum volume?
No. The agreement is month-to-month rolling, there is no minimum volume, and setup is £0. If you draw your stock down to nothing in week six, you stop paying storage in week six.
Can I mix pallet, bin and loose-carton storage?
Yes, and most sellers do. Bulk stock sits on pallets while fast-moving SKUs live in pick-ready shelf bins, with each format billed at its own weekly rate. As bins run down we replenish them from your pallet stock.
Do I get any free storage?
Stock that arrives for FBA prep gets its first 30 days of storage free, which comfortably covers the usual gap between a container landing and shipments going into Amazon. Standard weekly rates apply after that, and to stock held for other purposes.
What happens on delivery day?
If the delivery is booked through the portal, we unload, count against your ASN and put stock away, typically the same day. Unbooked deliveries carry a published £25 fee and wait their turn, and driver waiting time beyond the slot is £20 per 30 minutes — both avoidable with a two-minute booking.
