Tiered on the calendar month's volume and applied retroactively: reach a tier and the whole month re-rates at it.

Oversized banding is worked out from the product's own dimensions and weight against the threshold on your account - anything over 5 kg counts - rather than chosen by staff.
Storage
One rate, on the volume you actually hold - your products' own dimensions times the units in the building, counted weekly. No pallet positions to pay for while they are half empty.
A month's storage coming to less than £5 is not billed - a floor below which we do not invoice, not a minimum you owe.
Add-ons
Charged only when the product genuinely needs them, counted per unit or per box as worked.
How the account fee works
A floor, not a subscription
£30 lands only if you ship fewer than 100 units in a calendar month. Ship at any volume and you never see it.
Billed at month end
The month's total isn't known until the month closes, so this bills with the month-end run rather than on the 1st.
First month free
Your first month carries no account fee at all, whatever you ship. Nothing to cancel if it isn't for you.

Ask a questionIs the tier applied to the whole month?
Yes. Tiers are retroactive across the calendar month: cross 1,001 units on the 28th and every unit that month is re-rated at £0.40.
Are there minimum volumes or a tie-in?
No. Month-to-month with no minimum volume and no setup fee. Send one box or one container; the tier simply improves as volume grows.
How is storage measured?
On the size of your products times the units we are holding, counted weekly. Your first 30 days on every delivery are free, which covers the normal gap between goods-in and a shipment going out, and the charge falls as stock sells down rather than being fixed to a pallet position that is half air. A month coming to under £5 is not billed at all.
When do I see a charge?
As it accrues. Every line lands in your portal's billing ledger against this card as the work happens, so the invoice is a formality.
