How do you stop cosmetics getting damaged in the post?
Fragile SKUs are flagged so they are packed the same way every time: bubble wrap at £0.45, or heavier protection for glass, palettes and anything that hates couriers. Goods-in inspection also catches units that arrived from your manufacturer already leaking or crushed, with photo alerts so you can claim against the supplier.
Can you pack orders with my branded boxes, tissue and samples?
We prep for Amazon FBA rather than fulfilling your own orders, so packing to a retail spec applies to what goes into Amazon-ready cartons. Bundles and gift sets are built at £0.35 per unit bundled from components held here, and become their own SKU.
Do beauty products need expiry labelling for Amazon?
Amazon applies its expiry-dated product rules to many cosmetics and topicals, meaning readable expiry labels and sufficient remaining shelf life on arrival at the fulfilment centre. We apply expiry labels during FBA prep and record dates at goods-in, so a shipment is not built from stock Amazon will refuse.
Can you build gift sets and bundles for beauty ranges?
Yes - gift sets, minis bundles and seasonal kits are assembled at £0.35 per unit bundled from components in your inventory, and the finished set becomes its own SKU. Sets flow into FBA from the same stock.
Can you ship perfumes and aerosols?
Alcohol-based perfumes and aerosols are classed as dangerous goods for transport, and carrier rules on them vary by service. Tell us exactly what the product is before your first inbound and we will confirm what we can handle and on which services, rather than finding out at dispatch. Most non-aerosol, non-alcohol beauty lines ship without restriction.
