Can a fulfilment centre use my own branded packaging?
Yes. Send us your boxes, mailers, tissue and insert cards with your stock and we pack every order to your specification. A standard mailer is included in the £0.95 order rate, so using your own materials is a swap, not a premium. Your packaging sits in your inventory like any other item.
Is a 3PL worth it for a small Etsy shop?
With no setup fee, no minimums and month-to-month terms, the threshold is lower than most sellers assume. If packing orders is taking hours you would rather spend making or listing, £0.95 per order is often cheaper than the sales you are not making. You can start with one product line and keep the rest at home.
How do you handle fragile handmade items?
Fragile stock is flagged on the SKU so it is packed to spec every time: bubble wrap at £0.45 or a full fragile pack at £0.75 per order. Goods-in inspection catches damage from your own inbound shipping, with photo alerts in the portal, so breakages are found before a customer finds them.
Can you include a handwritten-style note or gift message?
We can include your printed insert cards and thank-you notes in every parcel as part of your pack spec, and add order-specific gift messages where your sales channel passes them through. What we will not do is pretend to be you badly — you supply the words and materials, we make sure they arrive in every box.
Do I lose Etsy's 'handmade' feel by using a fulfilment company?
Etsy permits sellers to use fulfilment services; what matters is that the products remain genuinely yours and your shop policies reflect how orders ship. Since we pack with your materials and your inserts, the parcel your customer opens is still unmistakably from your brand — it just ships the same day instead of when you can get to the post office.
