Which platforms do you fulfil for?
Shopify, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Amazon FBM, all served from the same pool of stock. Because inventory is shared and live, you are not splitting units between channels and hoping the maths holds on a busy Saturday.
What does the £0.95 per order actually cover?
The pick, the pack and a standard mailer for the first unit. Each additional unit in the same order is £0.25, and if an order needs a box rather than a mailer, boxes are charged at cost plus £0.30. There is no separate 'order processing' or 'despatch' line — the rate card is published in full.
When do orders ship?
Orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders after the cut-off go out the next working day. During launches or sale events, the per-order pricing model means the queue simply gets longer for us, not more expensive per unit for you.
Can you use my branded packaging?
Yes — send your branded mailers, boxes or tissue with your stock and we store and use them like any other SKU, with storage billed at the standard weekly rates. If you would rather keep it simple, the standard mailer is included in the £0.95 order price.
How do you keep mispicks down?
We work to a 99.8% pick accuracy target, with barcode-scanned picks against the order rather than picking from memory. When something does go wrong, the portal's discrepancy alerts and photo evidence mean you find out from us, not from a one-star review.
