How it works
From first carton to first dispatch in days, not weeks
No integration project, no onboarding fee, no six-week implementation plan. Here's the entire journey.
Open your account
Day 0- Tell us what you sell and roughly how much through the quote or contact form.
- We confirm rates — usually just the published rate card — within one working day.
- Your portal login arrives. No setup fee, first month's account fee free.
Connect Amazon (FBA sellers)
Day 1- Invite our operations user to your Seller Central with limited permissions — manage inventory and FBA shipments only.
- We provide a click-by-click guide; it takes about five minutes.
- You keep full account control and can revoke access at any time.
Announce your first inbound
Day 1–2- Add each line in the portal — SKU, quantity, how it's arriving — or upload our CSV template.
- Every line gets an ASN reference we track from that moment on.
- Ship to our warehouse by courier, pallet or container.
We receive and check in
On arrival- Stock counted against your announcement, typically within 24 hours of arrival.
- Any shortage, damage or surprise logged with photo evidence the same day.
- Everything else goes to its location and appears in your live inventory.
Prep, store, ship
Ongoing- FBA stock is prepped and forwarded into Amazon within our 24-hour target.
- Direct orders picked, packed and dispatched same day before the 2pm cut-off.
- Storage billed weekly on space actually occupied.
Watch it all happen
Always- Live inventory, inbound status and discrepancy alerts in your portal.
- Billing ledger itemises every charge against the published rate card as it accrues.
- A human answers your messages — usually the person who handled your stock.
