How much does a UK fulfilment centre cost per order?
Ours is £0.95 per order plus £0.25 for each extra unit, with a standard mailer included, and storage from £0.90 per shelf bin per week. The only fixed cost is a £29 monthly account fee, free for your first month, with £0 setup. Every add-on — bubble wrap £0.45, fragile pack £0.75, bundling £0.25 per extra unit — is published, so you can price an order before we ever pick it.
Is there a minimum order volume to use a fulfilment centre?
At many centres, yes — often hundreds of orders a week. Here, no: we have no minimums and no volume commitments, and terms are month-to-month. That makes a fulfilment centre viable for brands doing twenty orders a week, and removes the penalty for seasonal businesses whose volume swings.
Can one fulfilment centre handle all my sales channels?
Yes — that is the point of holding one stock pool. The same shelved inventory serves Shopify, Amazon (both FBA shipments and merchant-fulfilled orders), eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and subscription runs, with a single live inventory view in the portal. One count, every channel, no splitting cartons between platforms.
How fast will my orders be dispatched?
Orders reaching us by 2pm are dispatched the same working day — that is our published cut-off, not a best case. Picking works to a 99.8% accuracy target, and dispatch confirmations flow back for your channels' metrics. Consistent daily dispatch is most of what marketplaces measure you on.
How do I keep track of stock held at a fulfilment centre?
Through the portal, which is the same system our floor works from: live inventory by SKU, inbound announcements, discrepancy photo alerts when goods-in does not match what you declared, and an itemised billing ledger. You should never have to email your 3PL to find out how many units you own.
